The Light

Lying on his right shoulder, in a dark room, he could feel a warming snore on his back. He thought to himself , this must be his lover !

Turning over to face this being , his hands touched her .... Bang ! it hit him, this was some strange being. He prayed hard to his God for help. This "thing/being" left him . Suddenly, he felt he was floating in the Air, cold and without a blanket. He wore shorts and had no shirt on and the room was still pitch black. Through the window he could see light , like the sun shining in a distance , just beyond the shed that was created by the roof of the house. He felt a yearning to step out into the light, but there was no exit. He pushed and pushed and somehow, he slipped through the window burglar proofing. Like a poisoned rat looking for water, he ran frantically towards the light, but alas !! it kept moving further from his reach until it was dark again.

It was pitch black again outside. Strange enough, a car without lights drove into the parking lot. Out came, his parents, the dad walking briskly into the house, leaving his mother behind. As he observed from somewhere above, he saw the shadows of two bears approaching his parents. He prayed to God to confuse and divert these beasts ! They didn't harm his parents. But somehow his mother walked toward the animals, so he prayed even harder, but the beasts continued to laugh and mock him in a local language. They said he was weak and had no power against them.

snap !! he came out to realize it was only a dream. But it seemed to signify something he was experiencing in real life.. If only someone could interpret it for him .. someone with this gift !
