The culture of mortgages is not appreaciated where i live. Today i attended a function where my employer signed a contract with a Housing provider.

Shook hands with MDs of the Firm and Bank. Came back to office, had a chat with a good friend - patrick, who told me how the mortgage iam getting is actually making me loose alot of money. However, i have made up my mind, and iam signing this deal, as i need to get out of my folks house.
